What’s Actually Slowing You Down (It’s Not What You Think)

The Theory of Constraints.

Your business is only as strong as its weakest link.

Imagine your business as a chain. No matter how strong each link is, the chain is only as strong as its weakest link. In business terms, this means your growth is limited by your biggest bottleneck.

That’s why you need to fully devote all of your attention, energy, and resources to find that one constraint, solve it, then move to the next. That’s how real growth happens.

Rinse and repeat over and over and over.

Now there 7 constraints I’ve found for videographers and agency owners.

Here’s how to identify your current bottleneck:

1. Personal Life – Are you self-sabotaging? Procrastination? Poor sleep, low energy, no focus, or limiting beliefs? That’s your first block.

2. Offer – Is your offer crystal clear, outcome-driven, and valuable enough to charge premium rates?

3. Sales Calendar – Are you booking 5–10 qualified calls every week, consistently?

4. Closing Rate – Are you converting at least 30% of those calls? If not, your sales process is leaking.

5. Fulfillment Capacity – Can you onboard and fulfill 5+ clients a week without chaos?

6. Client Results – Are you actually getting clients great, repeatable outcomes?

7. Profit Margin – Are you keeping 50%+ of what you make, or are you bleeding cash?

Find your constraint. Fix it. Then move on.
