The 2-hour Sunday ritual that will change your life

Yo yo!
Sundays hit different when you use them right.
Most people coast through life with zero intentionality. But here's what I've learned, if I spend just 2 hours planning my week on Sunday, I absolutely crush it.
This isn't some productivity hack. It's the difference between running a business and letting your business run you.
Here's the exact Sunday system that's been a game-changer:
1. Analyze Your Previous Week (30 mins)
Stop living on autopilot. The most successful people I know are insanely intentional with everything they do.
Ask yourself:
How did I actually perform last week?
Did I get the work done or just stay busy?
Where did I drop the ball? (Sales calls? Client communication? Personal relationships?)
What would I rate my productivity and discipline?
Be brutally honest. You can't fix what you don't acknowledge.
2. Plan Your Week Like a CEO (45 mins)
What actually needs to happen this week to move the needle?
Map out:
Your non-negotiables for business growth
What you need to do vs. what your team handles
When you're hitting the gym
Date night (yes, schedule it)
Time with friends
If it's not scheduled, it's not real. Period.
3. Review Your Finances (45 mins)
This one's huge and most people skip it.
I check both personal AND business finances every Sunday. Where's the money going? What's working? What's bleeding cash?
Think about it: If you never talked to your spouse, you'd have a terrible relationship. Same with money. Ignore it, and it'll ignore you right back.
Here's the truth:
These 3 things take 2 hours if you lock in. Two hours that literally change the trajectory of your entire week.
While everyone else is coasting in reactive mode, you're playing offense.
Always aim to be the best version of yourself. Do things now that your future self will thank you for.
I'm going to say that one more time: Do things your future self will thank you for.
Have an awesome Sunday,
- Julian
P.S. Start this Sunday. Not next Sunday. THIS Sunday. Your future self is counting on it.
