The #1 reason your marketing isn't working (it's not what you think)

Yo yo! Happy Tuesday,
If you feel super stuck right now in your business, its most likely not your marketing.
I can bet its your foundation!
I see this every single day: entrepreneurs throwing money at ads, posting contant daily on Instagram, and hustling harder than ever...
But they're building on quicksand.
Here's what I mean:
Before you can market anything, you need to nail three things:
→ WHO are you helping? (The more specific, the better)
→ WHAT outcome are you delivering?
→ HOW are you going to deliver that outcome?
Sounds basic, right?
Most people skip this step entirely. I mean I know I did when I first started!
They jump straight into "content creation" and "building their personal brand", but they have no idea what they're actually selling.
The result?
You don't know what to talk about
You have zero unique marketing angles
You become a parrot, regurgitating whatever you see on Instagram
Prospects choose competitors with clearer offers and better positioning
If you can't clearly explain what value you provide, how much you charge, and why your ideal client should care then your marketing will always feel like pushing a boulder uphill.
You need to create and deliver something of value that people actually want, at a price they're willing to pay.
That's it. That's the foundation.
Think of it this way:
"If I had 6 hours to chop down a tree, I'd spend 5 hours sharpening my axe and 1 hour chopping."
Stop swinging a dull blade.
Spend the time to get crystal clear on your offer first. Then watch how much easier everything else becomes.
