But one guy's results stood out - and I want to break down exactly how he did it so you can do the same.

Chris closed 3 video deals in the last 2 weeks.

Not "leads." Not "prospects." Closed deals.

Here's the full roadmap of what we did.

Where Chris started:

I actually met Chris in person at my Conquer Mastermind in Miami. He was filming one of his clients at Raw Studios - that's how we connected.

At the time, he was working as the social media / creative director for The Founders Club (a community of 7-8 figure founders). Solid role. Cool environment.

But Chris felt stuck.

He knew he could do more. Make more. Build something real with his skills.

He was a great creative, but he didn't know how to turn that into a real business.

Here's exactly what we did:

Step 1: Clarity on the Business Model

We didn't hand him a cookie-cutter playbook. We helped him figure out what he wanted to build and what type of business he actually wanted to run.

Step 2: Dialed-In Offer

We built out his offer - the who, what, and how:

Step 3: Acquisition Mode

Once he had clarity on what he was selling and to who, we moved into lead gen.

We reorganized his Instagram to fit his new positioning. I scripted all his ads. We shot 5 different versions to test.

Our team edited them. We launched.

We also filled his feed with organic content so he looked legit, like an actual video agency, not just a freelancer.

Step 4: Launch the Funnel

We built out everything:

  • The funnel

  • Automations

  • Email reminders

  • SMS reminders

48 hours after launch - leads started coming in. First call booked.

Step 5: Close the Deal

Now it was about making sure he could actually convert.

We dialed in his elevator pitch. Role-played until he knew exactly what to say and how to say it.

We tracked KPIs with the tracker we gave him. Continued to role-play. And once he started closing - we dialed in his onboarding process.
