- Accountability is uncomfortable, but it's everything.
Accountability is uncomfortable, but it's everything.

If it wasn’t for a few key people in my life, I wouldn’t be where I’m at right now.
Comfort is the biggest killer of growth. Laziness doesn’t always look like sleeping in, it looks like getting comfortable when things are just “okay.”
And when everyone around you is in that same energy?
Yeah, that’s how you slide into complacency without even realizing it.
I’m not saying go full monk mode and grind 24/7.
I’ve done that. Didn’t work for me either.
But the truth is, growth needs friction….
And that friction often comes from the people who hold you to a higher standard.
I’ve got mentors in every part of my life: business, gym, faith, relationships, etc…
They don’t let me coast or slack off. They call me out all the time & challenge me.
And yeah, sometimes I hate it in the moment. But I always grow from it. Its super humbling but its what I need to grow.
I’ve got my mastermind in 2 days.
A few days ago, I was talking to one of my mentors about the event.
He hit me with like five questions I hadn’t even thought of… Had me investing more than I planned. More work. More stress.
But the level he holds me to?
It forces me to show up like the version of me I say I want to become.
So here’s the question for you:
Who’s holding you accountable?
Who in your circle is pushing you to level up?
And if the answer is no one...
Then you need to find someone. Fast.
Because like the Bible says -
Wisdom is more precious than gold.
